Extrusion Lube

EXTRUSION LUBE was formulated for the use as an extrusion lubricant in brick manufacturing. It is often mixed with clay, Portland cement and blast furnace slag cements in order to make the mixture more workable. EXTRUSION LUBE can be used in conjunction with other Caprichem chemical admixtures. EXTRUSION LUBE can also be used to enhance the workability and flow properties of concretes and mortars. EXTRUSION LUBE is particularly recommended as a plasticizer for concretes made with harsh or poorly graded aggregates, especially those low in fines content. EXTRUSION LUBE is very suitable as a wetting agent in the dry mix concrete blocks, bricks and pave manufacturing industry.
