Hygenie Spirit Jelly
A thickened alcohol used for heating of chafing dishes, fondues and steel snack trays.
Also used as a charcoal/briquettes fire starter gel.
APPLICATIONS
LIGHTING OF CHARCOAUBRIUETTES
Squeeze a little gel on top of charcoal/briquettes.
Use 2-3 tablespoons per kg charcoal/briquettes.
Light the gel and slowly stack more charcoal on top of the lit charcoal allowing for maximum circulation.
Dux Blue Heat
